FONCIERE SAMARITAINE

As the long-term custodian of a remarkable architectural heritage – including listed historic buildings in the Inventaire Supplémentaire des Monuments Historiques – property management company Foncière Samaritaine is tasked to maintain its buildings to the highest levels. To this end, some of the site’s original project management team were brought together and today are responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the existing buildings and undertaking additional work as required.
